I help women return back to an overall healthy place via Biblical principles, education, accountability, and health-conscious products, and services. This corona pandemic has driven many to the refrigerators for comfort. Many people turn to food (emotional craving) to manage uncomfortable emotions, such as boredom, stress, and sadness.  

And is it any surprise? Absolutely not! We are literally encountering a global pandemic! So what do we do? We stock up food and other supplies to survive the unknown. 


Life has been disrupted by the lockdown. A perfect set up to find relief in a refrigerator packed with meat, cheese, snacks, and other comfort foods. In March Bloomberg reported that "by the middle of the month, popcorn sales rose almost 48%, pretzel sales were up 47% and potato chips sales rose 30% compared to the same period last year." I can't even imagine how the sales report is now. Let's not talk about toilet paper! Sheesh!


Quarantine lockdown has caused widespread weight gain. Dr. Michael Smith, WebMD's chief medical director, says, “We’re turning to comfort foods to help ourselves feel better, but in reality, not only does it not help ease the stress and anxiety, it likely worsens it as people just don’t feel as good when eating high-fat, high-carb foods like many of us are turning to."


The "quarantine 15" is real, but it DOES NOT have to be your reality.

But that’s not the worst part.
